When will I get my order? For clothing merchandise and prints, on average it takes 3 - 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but usually ranges between 3 - 5 business days. For original works, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping. Where will my order ship from? For prints and clothing merchandise, we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.  Therefore the shipping location will vary depending on the most efficient/closest location to you. For purchase of original works, orders will be shipped from Fresno, California.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

●Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

●Double check with your local post office for any possible delivery delays and/or errors

If the shipping address was correct, and your order is not located at your local post office, please get in touch with us via the CONTACT tab with your order number, name, email address and a brief description of your issue and we will respond as soon as possible.

ORDERS

How are your products made? For prints and clothing merchandise, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. All available products in regards to prints and clothing merchandise are reproductions of original artworks painted by JBlessing. 

Original works for sale are painted by artist JBlessing.

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? To help us resolve this for you quickly, please fill out your information in the CONTACT tab on our website dashboard within a weeks' time of your delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, name, email address, and any other details you may have about your order.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy? We don’t offer returns and exchanges, unless your order was damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
